other forms of social entertainment open all
year round on the entire coastline of the Costa
Blanca and most of the Costa Calida.

The
Mar Menor area of the Costa Calida (Murcia
Region) is experiencing a population boom, with
many Northern Europeans & Spaniards investing in
Off-Plan properties.
Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca is

Spanish Government and the E.U. A new
Marina
is being built with room for 700 new berths.
Plans are also afoot to allow the port to

Currently, the nearest state hospital is near
Almoradi.

courses between Alicante & Cartagena. With a

Many water sports are practised in the
Torrevieja Area, but also on the Mar Menor,

make any activity very safe, especially for
beginners.

they want an active social or/& physical
way-of-life outdoors.
